Welcome to Gateway Lighting and Fan's on line store. Upon process of your online order, you agree to accept these terms & conditions. Please read carefully.
Minimum Order Processing Fee
Orders under $200 are subject to a $15.00 processing fee. If your order is under $200, we will contact you for approval of the fee before processing your order or charging your credit or debit card.
General Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund less a 25% restocking fee.
To receive a refund for general returns:
All returned merchandise must be in new condition
- The product must be free from scratches and/or defects
- Merchandise cannot have been installed or modified in any way
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- here cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item
Returns can be made in person or by shipping your returns to our showroom located at 3150 S Hwy 95A, Cantonment, FL 32533. Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges related to all returns excluding defective products. Contact service@gatewaylighting.com within (30) days of receipt of the order to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns must include the RGA information provided to you from our customer service department. No refunds will be issued after (30) days. Non-refundable items include custom or handmade products, clearance or sale items and parts. Gateway Lighting and Fans recommends you insure your return shipment. Merchandise that is damaged during return shipment is non-refundable by Gateway Lighting and Fans. You should contact the shipping carrier to receive payment for the insured amount of your shipment.
Returns for Defective Products
If within (30) days of receiving your order, any product proves to be defective, contact us immediately. Do not ship the product back without contacting us first for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and important instructions for your return. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will send a replacement fixture at no charge for the defective fixture. However, if the fixture is discontinued or no longer available, then a refund of the purchase price will be issued.
Returns for Damaged Products and Requests for Replacement Parts
Open all boxes and inspect all items upon receipt of your order for concealed damage. It is your responsibility to inspect the fixture before having it installed. If there are damaged items, we will send replacement parts if possible or replace the damaged item. If you receive a damage product, contact service@gatewaylighting.com within 30 days. Do not ship product back until you have received authorization return instructions from Gateway Lighting and Fans customer care. Merchandise that is damaged during return shipment is non-refundable by Gateway Lighting and Fans. You should contact the shipping carrier to receive payment for the insured amount of your shipment. No returns, exchanges or refunds are permitted after 30 days of receipt of your order.
Shipment and Delivery of Orders
Orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on availability. Occasionally, production schedules change and a product will be temporarily out of stock. This can cause delays. Backorders from manufacturers are beyond our control. Please contact us at service@gatewaylighting.com if your order has not been received in the time expected, and we will track your order as soon as we receive information. Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or the refusal of an item will be charged back to the customer. We cannot ship to PO Box locations. We are not accountable for delays in delivery by shipping carriers. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers. Gateway Lighting and Fans frequently offers "free-shipping" on select products or groups of products. "Free-shipping" refers to standard shipping only. Express delivery and second day shipping charges are extra. Our free shipping offers are available to the lower 48, continental U.S. states only, and are not applicable to orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico or other international destinations.
Trade Discounts
We offer trade and volume pricing to qualified designers, home builders, contractors, architects and other trade professionals. To learn more or to sign up, please email service@gatewaylighting.com.
Warranties
All products sold by Gateway Lighting and Fans are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty will be furnished upon written request. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact customer service at service@gatewaylighting.com for assistance in processing your claim. We will not be liable for installation fees of any kind.
Privacy Policy
Gateway Lighting and Fans and subsidiaries are committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide us will not be sold or given to any outside party. Any such information is kept private and confidential.
Acceptance of Order
Acceptance of any order is subject to credit approval and acceptance of order by seller and suppliers. If buyer fails to comply with these terms & conditions of sale, or if the buyer's payment is denied approval, the seller reserves the right to terminate upon notice to buyer without liability to the seller.
Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies
Gateway Lighting and Fans makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. However, we do not warrant product descriptions and other content of this site to be accurate, complete, current, or error-free. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In the event of a discrepancy of the information found on this site, we reserve the right to make any corrections necessary. We have also made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of our products that appear on the site. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors displayed due to differences in the color quality of computer monitors.
